Effect: Petrifying Peck: after a Damaging Hit, spend 2 Mana; Exert + Vitality versus Withstand + Vitality. Success prevents the target’s movement until the end of its next turn; it may still act. This temporary stone stiffness grants no death threshold, lasting petrification or Curses.
