Effect: You may bond with willing non-player Creatures that have written profiles, are present, and are capable of companionship. Each occupies one Contact Slot. They remain NPCs with their own motives and limits; this Technique does not create or compel them. Only one companion may fight with you in a combat; others may assist eligible Skill checks during the adventuring day. Use Player Book: Companions and Contact Slots.
