Description and lore
A two-handled cart puts a modest cargo bed above a simple wheel and axle.
The handcart is an ordinary answer to too many supplies and too few shoulders. Its handles show exactly where its operator must stand.
Wear gathers at the grips, wheel rim and loading edge. A cracked handle can matter greatly to someone halfway through a day's deliveries.

Effect: Roads or firm level paths; cannot cross an unbridged ditch or stair without separate lifting. The operator’s Movement is capped at 20 feet; Dash still costs their Action. A passenger uses the single seat and counts toward load.
