Description and lore

Rowboat

An open wooden rowboat seats its occupants close to fitted oars and the waterline.

Lore and observations

The boat turns a sheltered stretch of water into a possible route. Its low seats and open hull make the relationship between load and balance easy to see.

At rest it is full of small sounds: water beneath the boards, an oar rubbing its fitting and the knock of a tied painter against the bow.
