Description and lore
Soft plumeria petals are gathered for fragrant charms and calming preparations.
The flower's fragrance gives it a presence beyond its size. A few petals on a crowded bench can distinguish its preparation from harsher ingredients.
Drying and wrapping preserve something of the plant's delicacy. The finished charm can remain small enough to hold privately in one hand.
