Description and lore
Cliff vine provides fibrous lengths for ropes, straps and climbing wraps.
Its mountain setting is a surface where roots and stems cling between stone. A gathered length beside an anchor connects plant and practical craft.
Prepared cord is inspected before being packed. A sound knot and a suitable attachment remain part of the climber's attention.
