Description and lore
Copper grass contains fine conductive metal fibers used in wiring and precision tools.
The specimen can resemble slender blades until a close light reveals its metallic surface. Mountain grit around the roots makes the contrast distinctive.
A fine wire leads toward a contact in an opened mechanism. The repairer arranges the separated fibers before beginning the precise join.
