Effect: One creature within 30 feet that can see your eye contests Withstand + Vitality against your Attune + Spirit. On your success it becomes Restrained by stiffening stone until the end of its next turn.
Examples: Fairy = Flight + Fairy Favor. Pixie = Compact Form + Sticky Fingers. Centaur = Quadrupedal Build + Loyal Companion. Cyclops = One Large Eye + Stone-Gaze. Gorgon-like characters = Serpentine Hair + Stone-Gaze.
